We have a few items available occasionally on the website as ready to ship but majority of the product we sell is through preorder.

Shipping is calculated at checkout and based on ACTUAL shipping costs. I do not do any of the shipping at my location. Fedex or USPS rates available. While Fedex may be more cost efficient, USPS may have a shorter ship time. Each of the mugs are shipped individually and securely, which will result in shipping rates being a tad bit higher for mugs than any other gear. Gear has a turn around time of 3-7 business days for production, + shipping time! Shipping specifications available at checkout.All merchandise sales are final unless there is a defect in the product itself, i.e. mug arrives broken, printing error, etc.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, however given the nature of these products we can determine a solution via email on a case by case basis.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. In addition, there are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Sale items are not refundable, this includes mystery boxes and products in them, (unless there is a defect in the product itself).
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and after receiving approval, you may send your item to: 52445 Avenida Navarro La Quinta California US 92253.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
